AN INTRODUCTION

The senior professionals of Bowen Hunsaker Hirai & Company have been serving the financial, business and legal community in Hawaii, Australia, New Zealand, Samoa, Asia and the mainland United States with great success for over 25 years.  The firm is one of the largest locally based accounting firms in Hawaii and has achieved an international reputation for quality and expertise in all areas of professional practice.

The firm's clientele span the scope from individuals and small closely-held businesses to large multi-national corporations with complex legal and tax structures requiring entity structuring consulting and multi-national income tax planning and compliance.  The firm has grown and matured with the Pacific basin community, expanding and diversifying the firms' professional services to fit the needs of its clients.  The firm's professional services now encompass all of the traditional areas of Certified Public Accountancy, with the exception of Securities and Exchange Commission engagements, as well as a number of the specialty areas of practice.  This broad base of expertise allows the firm considerable flexibility as the demand for its services shift from time to time.  The high caliber of the Certified Public Accountants in the firm enhances the ability to quickly adjust to changes in tax laws and business concepts, enabling the firm to meet the needs of its clients tomorrow as well as today.
